MR JUSTICE SUPPERSTONE: 1. I have read what the respondent says and confirms in the document dated 21 August 2012. In those circumstances I make the order that is sought, namely that the interim order be extended to 4pm on 9 September 2013. The respondent has permission, on giving three days' written notice to the applicant, to apply to the court to vary or discharge this order. 2. There will be no order for costs.
